The company posted revenue of $1.22 billion, an 18.5% decline from a year earlier, while reporting a net loss of $359.5 million, or $1.36 per share, compared with a profit of $1.43 billion in the same quarter last year.

The biggest drag on results was transaction revenue, which fell roughly 21% year over year to approximately $599 million as crypto trading volumes slowed amid weaker digital asset prices, geopolitical uncertainty, and continued questions surrounding interest rates and regulation.
