CEO Ed Bastian expressed optimism about the airline’s performance, highlighting strong bookings for both leisure and business travel as the peak travel season approaches, despite inflationary pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company expects second-quarter earnings to range between $2.20 and $2.50 per share, surpassing analysts’ estimates, with revenue projected to increase by as much as 7%.
