Access to AMD Developer Cloud expected to accelerate video generation and enterprise automation platforms

Avalon GloboCare (ALBT) announced that it has been accepted into the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) AI Developer Program, a move expected to significantly enhance the company’s artificial intelligence development capabilities.

Through participation in the program, Avalon will gain access to AMD Developer Cloud credits, high-performance computing resources, advanced development tools, and technical training. The initiative is designed to support companies building scalable AI applications using AMD’s Instinct accelerators and EPYC processors.

Avalon plans to leverage these resources primarily through its AI-focused subsidiary, Avalon Quantum AI LLC (AQAI). The subsidiary is developing AI-powered systems for automated, evidence-constrained commentary video generation, AI-assisted drafting for public company communications, enterprise-grade compliance automation, and adaptive content generation tailored to specific audiences.

Access to AMD’s cloud-based infrastructure is expected to improve model training efficiency, increase inference speed, and enhance the scalability of large language and multimodal AI systems powering AQAI’s platform. High-performance compute access is particularly important for AI video generation and automation tools that require significant processing power to operate at enterprise scale.

Meng Li, Avalon’s Interim CEO and COO, stated that acceptance into the AMD AI Developer Program reinforces the company’s technical positioning as it expands its AI-driven media and automation solutions. The company has been repositioning itself toward a technology-focused AI strategy, with AQAI serving as a central growth engine.

The announcement reflects Avalon’s broader effort to transition from a diversified healthcare and diagnostics focus toward AI-powered publishing and enterprise software solutions. By aligning with AMD’s ecosystem, Avalon aims to accelerate development timelines and strengthen its competitive position in the rapidly growing generative AI and enterprise automation markets.

As AI adoption continues to expand across industries, strategic access to high-performance computing resources may play a key role in enabling scalable, commercially viable AI platforms.
