Al Shola Gas secured 10 projects supporting more than 3,450 residential units while a new hospitality agreement could generate up to $1.09 million in additional revenue.
Fusion Fuel Green PLC (HTOO) is expanding its energy business in the United Arab Emirates after its Al Shola Gas subsidiary secured 10 new LPG engineering projects during June and July 2026.
The projects carry an anticipated aggregate value of approximately AED 5.14 million, or $1.4 million, and are expected to support more than 3,450 residential units. The agreements strengthen Al Shola Gas’ position in the UAE’s LPG engineering and distribution market while potentially creating recurring revenue beyond the initial project values.
Several of the projects could generate additional annual revenue through ongoing utility operations, providing Fusion Fuel with an opportunity to build a larger base of recurring income as its installed infrastructure expands.
Fusion Fuel also announced that Al Shola Gas signed an LPG supply agreement with an Abu Dhabi-based hospitality group. The agreement represents another potentially meaningful revenue opportunity, with expected revenue estimated between approximately $817,000 and $1.09 million.
The new contracts highlight Fusion Fuel’s broader transformation into a diversified energy platform. While the company has historically been associated primarily with green hydrogen, its expansion through Al Shola Gas provides exposure to established energy markets and near-term commercial opportunities.
For investors, execution will now be critical. Successfully completing the newly awarded projects, securing recurring utility revenue and expanding relationships with residential and hospitality customers could strengthen Fusion Fuel’s financial profile.
With $1.4 million in newly announced engineering projects and potentially more than $1 million from the hospitality supply agreement, Fusion Fuel is demonstrating growing commercial momentum in one of the Middle East’s most active energy markets.
