AZIO AI Secures $107 Million Government GPU Deal, Signaling a New Era for AI Infrastructure in Southeast Asia

Landmark Nvidia B300 order and expanding public-sector pipeline position AZIO AI as a rising force in sovereign AI computing

AZIO AI has taken a major step forward in the global artificial intelligence infrastructure race after announcing a binding purchase order for 256 Nvidia B300 GPUs, a deal that will generate approximately $107 million in contractual revenue. The order, tied to a large government-backed AI deployment in Southeast Asia, highlights the company’s growing ability to execute complex, high-value technology programs for institutional and sovereign clients.

The transaction includes an expected 30% deposit to be received in the coming weeks, providing near-term financial validation and strengthening AZIO AI’s balance sheet. This milestone builds on the company’s recent progress following its agreement to acquire the AI division of Azio Corp, which already delivered eight Nvidia B200 GPUs and recognized $2.8 million in revenue. Together, these moves illustrate AZIO AI’s rapid transition from a development-stage platform to an operational AI infrastructure provider with real contracts and deliveries.

The announcement also aligns with AZIO AI’s proposed transformational merger with Envirotech Vehicles (EVTV), which set a reference transaction value of $3.00 per share for EVTV. If completed, the merger could provide AZIO AI with additional capital markets access, corporate infrastructure, and investor visibility as it scales its international footprint.

Beyond the current contract, AZIO AI reports that it is actively engaged in multiple government-led projects across Southeast Asia, representing up to $200 million in potential additional revenue. These programs span sovereign data centers, secure AI compute clusters, and national digital transformation initiatives, positioning AZIO AI at the intersection of geopolitics, technology, and economic modernization.

As governments increasingly seek control over their AI and data infrastructure, AZIO AI’s ability to deploy secure, mission-critical GPU platforms at scale may give it a powerful competitive advantage in one of the fastest-growing segments of the global technology market.
