Revenue tops estimates, loss narrows, and management reaffirms full-year guidance amid accelerating AI infrastructure demand

Nebius Group (NBIS) delivered a strong second-quarter performance, surpassing Wall Street expectations on both revenue and earnings as demand for its AI-focused cloud infrastructure continued to accelerate. The results reinforce the company’s position as one of the fastest-growing providers of AI computing capacity amid the ongoing expansion of enterprise artificial intelligence adoption.

For the second quarter, Nebius reported an adjusted loss of $0.12 per share, significantly better than analysts’ expectations for a $0.62 per share loss. Revenue reached $582.3 million, exceeding consensus estimates of $572.7 million, reflecting continued strength across the company’s AI cloud platform and infrastructure services.

Management highlighted growing customer demand for high-performance GPU computing as enterprises increasingly deploy generative AI, large language models, and machine learning applications. Nebius has continued investing aggressively in expanding its data center footprint and AI infrastructure, positioning itself to capitalize on what remains one of the fastest-growing segments of the technology industry.

During the company’s earnings conference call, management reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $3.0 billion to $3.4 billion, in line with analysts’ expectations of approximately $3.39 billion. The outlook reflects confidence that demand for AI cloud services will remain robust throughout the year as additional computing capacity comes online.

Executives also emphasized the company’s disciplined approach to scaling operations while improving efficiency. As Nebius expands its infrastructure, management expects greater operating leverage over time, helping narrow losses while supporting continued investment in future growth.

With strong quarterly execution, better-than-expected financial results, and reaffirmed full-year guidance, Nebius continues to demonstrate solid momentum as it scales its AI infrastructure business. Investors will remain focused on the company’s ability to execute its expansion strategy and meet the rapidly growing demand for enterprise AI computing solutions.
